Return window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Personalized items
Because personalized items are made to order, they can only be returned if there is a defect or error in customization. Please double-check spelling and details before ordering.
How to start a return
Email us at support@blossomgifts.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a return authorization and instructions.
Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
